Talks End Satisfactorily RETALIATORY MEASURES WITHDRAWN United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, June 16. The Anglo-French trade talks terminated satisfactorily and an agreement was initialled in London at noon. A communique states that the agreement satisfactorily removes AngloFrench difficulties, and that.retaliatory measures have been withdrawn. Each concedes most-favoured nation treatment, in Customs matters. The agreement also embodies tariff adjustments and arrangements regarding quotas. The decision will improve the conditions governing trade in certain agricultural products.
