Man Killed by Gelignite Explosion
ACCIDENT ON P.W.D. JOB Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Last Night. At 11.30 o’clock this morning Robert Love, a married man, about 45 years of age, who resided at Alexandra and was employed by -the Public Works Department, was killed instantly by a charge of gelignite while working on the construction of a dam at Conroy's, about four miles from Alexandra. An inquest will be held.
