Carlhcw, J.D., at the Feilding Courthouse, yesterda/ afternoon, a young Native named Isaac •Johnston was charged with breaking and entering the residence of Mr. T. O'Neill, Tokorangi, with intent to commit- a crime. On the application of Constable Johnson the accused was remanded to appear on June 13. Bail was not allowed.
