Oroua Rural Credits
ANNUAL MEETING OF ASSOCIATION. The annual meeting of the Oroua Cooperative Rural Intermediate Credit Association was held at Feilding yesterday, Mr. W. L. Grice (chairman of directors) presiding. The report and balance-sheet (already published) were adopted following a brief review of the finances by the secretary. Air. C. Freyberg, district supervisor, thanked the directors for the help they had accorded the association and referred especially to the able assistance received from the secretary, Air. T. L. Scddon. Replying, the chairman said that the directors owed a lot to ah assistance received from the Public Trust Office. The directors had received every consideration from Air. Freyberg and liis staff. Air. Scddon added his thanks for the help accorded by Air. Freyberg. The retiring director, Air. W. L. Grice, was unanimously re-clcctcd, members present paying tribute to his untiring work for the association. Acknowledging the confidence reposed in him, Air. Grice said that the work was a pleasure to him and the duties were shared by all directors.
