PEREIRA BEATEN BY SINGLE FALL Per Press Association. WESTPORT, Last Night. Before a packed house last night, Hal Eumberg retained his unbeaten certificate by beating A 1 Pereira with the only fall of the match in the seventh round. It was a great exhibition of wrestling and was practically devoid of showmanship. The winner bounced off the ropes to pin Pereira with a body press. Oswald Incapacitated by Mamos GOOD BOUT AT NEW PLYMOUTH Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Harry Mamos beat Hank Oswald in a very solid wrestling match on Saturday night. Mamos gained the only fall, in the seventh round, with a giant swing. Oswald, who received a jar in the neck, was unable to continue.
