The Teason why a manufacturer brands his goods and advertises them under their branded name is because he feels reasonably sure that once you have tried his goods you will be satisfied with your purchase, satisfied that you have had full value and fair meaure at a reasonable price. He wants you to buy his goods regularly. And because of this he dare not let his brand-name down. Every article advertised and sold under his brand-name must be good and good value all the time. Ho stands or falls on the reputation behind his brand. By buying branded goods which are consistently advertised you are protecting yourself against inferiority. Distrust substitutes for advertised goods. Advertising and branding are your protection
