KEEN COMPETITION TOR UNBROKEN DRAUGHTS The N.Z. Farmers’ Co-op. Distributing Co., report ou Saturday’s Feilding horse sale:—Our entry comprised 120 head of all classes, including 48 unbroken light and medium draughts. There was a large attendance. Buyers were present from Hawke’s Bay, Wanganui, Taranlri and Taihape districts. Bidding for unbroken horses was keen, and good prices were realised. In the broken section, good sound young draughts were well competed for, but aged and unsound sorts were not wanted. Very few gooc hacks were offered, and prices were low.
