The Liverpool Post states that a great deal is to be said for the organised marketing of dairy products in Great Britain, but it should be a more spontaneous thing than the protective measures Major Elliot devised with their mischievous addendum “restriction.” There is a dangor that these schemes will produce a -vast bureaucratic crop. Already there are sign 3of this.
