Frenchmen Don’t Like The Swastika Symbol
GERMANS PLACE WREATH ON TOMB Received Monday, 12.30 a.m. PARIS, Aug. 20. A party of Gorman students, accompanied by an attache of the German Embassy, placed a wreath, bearing a swastika, on the tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe. Someone later snatched away the swastika.
