Happy Party at Feilding

A very jolly time "was spent at “To Kata," Feilding, on Thursday afternoon. last. 'when Mrs, C. Clark entertained a number of her friends. Gowned in a becoming frock of black satin beauto relieved with white, the hostess received her guests in the . drawing room where a glowing open fire added its welcome. After a pleasant chat, songs were rendered by Mesdames C. Clark, L. McLeod and Miss Dcvan. Tea was then partaken of and an amusing musical competition followed, the winner proving to bo Miss Dewar with Mrs. McLeod second,- each of these ladies being presented with dainty prizes by their hostess. ' Among the guests invited were Mesdames Sargisson, Ewcn, Rcviugton-Jones, Moffatt, R. Carter, Dewar, J. C. Webster uua Misses McKay and Dewar.
