HUSBAND AND WIFE PETITION. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Last Night. A husband and his wife were both granted decrees in divorce by Mr. Justice Reed to-day. The husband petitioned on the ground of separation, and the w-ife cross-i)ctitioned on tho allegation of adultery. “Do I understand you both want a divorce?” asked the Judge.

Counsel for tho wife said his client wanted a divorce granted to her, and not to her husband.

His Honour: I can give them, both a decree. If it is their desire that the public bo informed of their domestictroubles, this is the right way to go about it.
