LATEST MOVE IN RESHUFFLE ON DANUEE United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, June 25. Negotiations have begun in London for the formation of an Economic Eederation, including Austria, Hungary, the Little Entente, Bulgaria and perhaps Poland. The proposal is a counter-move to Mussolini’s scheme of an Aus-tro-Hungarian union under the Hapsburgs, vrhicli M. Deladier (French Premier) practically lulled. The Federation will probably take tlie form of a customs union or low-tariff agreement, and wiiL possibly include a currency agreement.
