Tho closing day of tho Rotary Assembly at Poland Springs was devoted to a general discussion on tho relation of Rotary to world affairs and its efforts to create a better international understanding. The delegates are leaving to-night and to-morrow for Boston for the convention opening. The confirmation and election of the governors of various Rotary districts throughout the world will bo part of programme.
