Feilding Annual Show
A perusal of the entries catalogued for the Feilding Show raises an assurance that the judges will have a difficult task in placing the prize winners. The entries in all sections are from well-known breeders and exhibitors, and high quality stock will be competing for the numerous awards. Competitions for ponies and horse classes are all well filled. Cattlo entries are good, particularly the fat cattle, Red Poll, Friosians and cJrseys, and children’s calf classes. For the purebred Romney and Southdown sections keen competition will result and fat sheep and lamb classes are also very popular. Pig curries are a record for the association. In tho needlework and cookery sections the stewards are having a strenuous time in allocating space to stago the large entry which has been received from all parts of the North and South Islands. Admission to the day show is Is Gd for adults, and Gd for children, and a charge of Is will be made for admission to the night show, and Gd for children. Be sure to visit the show both in the day and on both evenings. You will thoroughly enjoy the numerous attractions arranged.
