Millions Spent on New Buildings
WHAT FIGURES REVEAL IN BRITAIN

Tho Ministry of Labour Gazette reveals that the valuo of new buildings, including houses, approved ia 140 towns •in Britain in the last three months of 1932, was £19,015,000.
This figure compares with £13,000,000 for tho corresponding period of tho previous year and is fully £150,000 lower than tho second quarter of 1929, when tho building boom was at its height.
