Communists Clash With Police
THREE KILLED IN COLOGNE.

The Times’ Cologne correspondent eays three Communists were killed when the police scattered a procession of 800 Communists marching through Cologne and shouting invectives against the Government. They started stoning the police, who were compelled to fire in self-defence.
The Communists later reassembled in the centre of Cologne, whero, after setting fire to a tram, they launched another stone attack. The police were again compelled to fire, seriously wounding four. Several police wore also injured. All political demonstrations ’ have been prohibited until further notice.
