Fine and Warm Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Nigh.. Extensive cyclonic depressions cover the interior of Australia but a moderate anti-cyclone extends from tho Tasman Sea on to New Zealand, tho pressure being highest in the south. Winds: Fresh east to north-east in tho far north, elsewhere light to moderate and variable with, southerlies prevailing. Seas (New Zealand waters): Smooth to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Light southcrly winds and smooth to moderate seas. Weather: For the most part fine with a warm day but moderate night temperatures; scattered showers likely, however, in North Auckland and between Hawke’s Bay and East Capo though mainly in the hills.
