LEISURE MOMENTS.
Have you ever noticed how few people can sit still without fidgeting, twiddling their thumbs, clattering their feet, and so on? Wc notice these habits in others, but very often fail to see them in ourselves. Tho fact is that many of us do not know how to use our leisure and must keep fidgeting. How many women arc there who say, "I must have a bit of knitting or serving to pick up when I'm resting”? That is all very well if they do not work hard all the time, but a woman with a family to think of should train herself to sit still and rest thoroughly during the precious time she has to herself. Sit down in a comfy armchair and let your limbs relax completely, so that the nerves are rested, and you will feel all the better to carry on with your work.
