Bows in Vogue.
Large bows tied’ under the chin are popular with Parisian women at the moment, writes a correspondent, especially ones fashioned of taffetas, as this material makes them stand out stiffly and gives them a very chic effect. They arc used to either tic a capo or fur together or arc just single ribbons tied around the neck. I have seen them tied at the side, or the back. Taffetas arc well to the fore this season as trimmings for blouses, coatees, and even hats. Nino times out of. ten it is of plaid design.
