Feilding Assault Charge
FURTHER REMAND GRANTED
Michael Eouglian, who wa3 before the Court a fortnight ago on a charge of having committed actual bodily harm on Albert Dick at Feilding on or about January 11, appeared before Mr. R. M. Watson, S.M., on Saturday morning, on remand. Detective-Sergeant Quirke applied for a further remand till the 28th instant. Mr. J. A. McLeavey, of Palmerston North, who represented the accused, consented to the remand.
Tho Magistrate granted the Temand on the sureties fixed at the previous sitting.
