A Royal decree revokes the loss of citizenship and confiscation of property imposed on twenty anti-Faseists, including Professor Cesare Rossi, the Liberal who was senreaeed to thirty years’ imprisonment in 1929 for opposing Fascism, and others living abroad, among them Gaetano Salvemini.
