Central School Concert
Organised by the Central Swimming Club, a concert was hold in the senoox assembly hall on Friday evening to provide funds for the lighting of the baths, a contract for which has been let at a cost of £2O. The net proceeds of the function were £5 4s and with other amounts there is now in hand £8 15s Id towards the object. Those who took part in the concert programme were Misses M. Penketh, D. Stairs, B. Amos, Macpherson, Mesdames Tabor and McNeilly, Messrs H. C, Gregory, Tabor, King, R. Scales, A. V. Pizzey, Downs, Rogers and C. Bcrgersen..
