All Saints' Choir Social and Dance
A pleasant social and dance, organised to augment choir funds, was conducted by All Saints’ choir committee in the Parish hall on Tuesday evening, there being a large attendance. Mr. T. Sutherland, as secretary, fulfilled his duties most capably. The earlier part of the evening was occupied with a concert programme, the contributors being Mrs. Dean, Mrs. Hunt, Mr. J. Holnies Bunnicles (sopgs), Miss F. Howley (violin solo), Miss M. Bunnicles (pianoforte solo), Miss Partington (recitation) and Mr. W. Tabor (humour). The accompaniments were played by Mr. Bunnicles, Miss Bunnicles and Mrs. McNeilly. Later, dancing was enjoyed, Mr. A. Smith being the M.C. Supper was served by Mrs. Jamieson, Mrs. Pritchard and Miss B. Ensom.
