Renunciation of War
INTERNATIONAL LABOUR EFFORT United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ZURICH, May 22. M. Citrine, in opciiing the Federations and Labour Internationals’ joint conference on disarmament, demanded the renunciation of war as an instrument of national policy. He added that Geneva had not begun to discuss disarmament, but had spent time in debating alternatives thereto. The essential requirements were fair. treatment of Germany and prohibition of tho private manufacture and export of arms.
