The death is reported from Sydney by cable of Mr. C. W. Cropper, for 22 years secretary of the Australian Jockey Club, aged 72. The death is reported by cable from Sydney of Dr. Richard Arthur, pioneer medico. He was a member of the Stato Assembly since 1904 and Minister of Health in the Bavin Cabinet. He was 07 years of age.
