Within the Washington 10,000-ton limitation, Franch lias built a remarkable cruiser, the Algeria, which is being launched at Brest to-morrow. It has one funnel, one mast, and two seaplane catapults. The decks are specially protected against bombs, and there are eight eight-inch guns.
