SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT. J. J. CORRY A PARTNER IN RUNNING THE HORSE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Friday. <‘l declare that the defendants are the owner® of the horse Croupier and that plaintiff is mot, aa an owner, entitled to any share or interest in the horse. I find that plaintiff and defendants were partners in running the horse in the following shares, namely: the nlaimitiff 50 per cent., and defendants 25 per cent. each. I decree that the partnership shall be dissolved and that account bo taken by the Registrar of partnership dealings between plaintiff and defendants from the date, when the horse was entrusted to plaintiff’s care and that the affairs of tho partnership be wound up by Court.” Thus Mr Justice Herdnuiu concluded a very lengthy judgment delivered today on the action taken in tho Supreme Court by J.
