Edgar Wallace Not as Wealthy as Believed
REPORTED TO HAVE LEFT NO PERSONAL ESTATE.
United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Friday, 10.45 p.m. LONDON, April 21. A surprising revelation of the affairs of Edgar Wallace, hitherto believed to have been a wealthy man, is made in the Daily Telegraph, which states that there is no personal estate. Ilis assets are valued at about £BO,OOO and are mainly connected with racing. There is no account yet of moneys earned at Hollywood immediately prior to his death.
