The euchre party and old-time dance at West End school on Friday evening attracted the usual large attendance. The euchre prizes Averc Avon by Air. P. E. Griffin and Air. E. Jones, and Airs. O’Donell and Airs. Poananga. Under tho direction of Air. W. Schwa.bc an enjoyable dance was held and a novelty dance Avas Avon by Air. J. Penketh and partner, a member of the gathering presenting the prize. The ladies’ committee served a dainty supper.
