JAPAN ISSUES WARNING TO CHINESE United Press Association.—By Electris Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 8.50 p.m. SHANGHAI, April 16. The Japanese command is evincing some anxiety regarding the recent movements of Chinese troops south of Soocliow creek. The Japanese have issued a statement pointing out that the Chinese refusal to continue peace negotiations, while at the same time making troop movements, evidences lack of sincerity which may turn the present suspension of the pourparlers into a definite breach, the responsibility for which will lie with the Chinese.
