Anniversary of Spanish Republic
San Francisco Press Broadcast. MADRID, April 14. Millions of Spanish Republicans celebrated the first anniversary of the fall of the Bourbon monarchy and tho founding of the Republic to-day. Throughout the country there were fireworks, parades, bands, folk dances and orations. > President Alcala Zamora and members of the Cabinet, all members of the original group that brought about the fall of the monarchy, participated in the festivities.
