Labour Party Demonstration
Mr. C. H. Chapman, ALP., and Mr. James Thorn, who arc billed to speak in the Opera House on Sunday afternoon next, arc carrying out the policy of tho Labour party in so far as they have placed themselves at tho disposal of tho party for the purpose of enunciating Labour’s views ou tho present situation. On Sunday next every member of the Parliamentary Labour party will be speaking to tho electors somewhere in tho Dominion. Mr. 0. 11. Chapman, M.P., will be new to a Palmerston audience; but Mr. James Thorn will bo remembered for the manner in which ho conducted the election when ho stood as pioneer Labour candidate for Palmerston.
