Mr. J. M. Pearson, secretary of the Central School Committee, received word last evening that lion. E. Masters would arrive in Palmerston North at mid-day to-day to perform the re-open-ing ceremony of the Central school. Mr. Masters will return to Wellington by the New Plymouth express. Air. J. A. Nash, ALP., is unfortunately unable to be present owing to Parliamentary duties.
