Irish National Concert To-night

The Opera House should be well filled to-night, when a grand Irish national concert will be presented. The net proceeds are to be divided between the Mayor’s unemployment fund and St. Patrick’s pipe organ fund—both worthy causes. The programme, which is a particularly attractive one, features many well-known artists. The name of Miss D. Wischnewsky, who will recite ‘‘The Old Mass Shandrydan,” was inadvertently omitted from the published list of performers and items yesterday. The Garrison Band will be in attericlance outside the Opera House at 7.3( p.m., while doors open at 7 o’clock. Popular prices have been fixed at 2/ and 1/, so it is hoped that the promoters of this concert will bo greeted with an overflowing audience.
