150 ARRESTS IN THREE DAYS ■ United Press Association.—By Electric i Telegraph.—Copyright. j Received Thursday, 2.0 a.m. DELHI, Alarch IG. Bombay is once again a storm centre of Congress activity. There have been 150 arrests in the past three days, of which 100 arc still in custody. While a procession was celebrating “Peasants’ Day” all woro red shirts. Other arrests were for picketing foreign cloth stores.
