Communist Hall Damaged
POLICE PUT AN END TO FIGHT.

A gang of about fifty youths attacked tho Communist Hall, in the city, wrecked every window, and lifted the main door from its hinges. The Communists inside defended the building stoutly.
Beer-bottles, bars, bricks and stones were used in the fight. Many of the participants suffered cuts and bruises. When the police arrived, the fighting ceased immediately.
