Post Office Staff Picnic
The staff of the Palmerston North Post Office has decided to hold tho annual picnic to-morrow at tho Ballance bridge. Last year tho picnic was not held owing to tho Hawke’s Bay disaster. It was the consensus of opinion that tho present timo was not opportune to approach tho general public for donations of any nature. Arrangements havo been mado to run a special train to the picnic ground.
