Conference Between Military Leaders Abortive
CHINESE WILL EIGHT TILL THE END. SHANGHAI, Feb. 13. The Japanese ultimatum was is-to-night. It states that the Chinese must withdraw 20 kilometres from Shanghai before midnight on Saturday. Tbo conference between the military leaders lias failed, and the Chinese have rejected the Japanese demands for the withdrawal of the troops, declaring that they will fight, to the end.
