New Year Dance at Kiwitea
The newly formed San Toy Orchestra from Feilding, headed by Mr. A. Feeney,- was voted a great success by the many patrons who thronged the Kiwitea hall for the annual dance on New Year’s Eve. The occasion was a decidedly happy one, and at 12 o’clock all present joined hands to sing “Auld Lang Syne.” The hall committee, under whose auspiees the dance was hold, comprised Mr, T. Craine (president) and Mrs. Craine, Mr. and Mrs. W, 11. Gibson, Mr and Mrs. W. G. Clapham, Mr. and Mrs. L. Cranston, Mr. S. H. Lodge and Mr. S. Shand (secretary).
