Green Pea and Nut Fillets.

Two cupfuls of cooked green peas, 1 cup mashed potatoes, some breadcrumbs, 1 egg, i cup ground nuts, seasoning, parsley sauce, a littlo flour, 1 onion, a small pieco of tatter, fat for frying. Mix together the peas, potatoes, minced onion, nuts and most of the breadcrumbs, and add pepper and salt to taste, also tho butter and some of the beaten ogg. Shape into, fillets, using a little flour to bind. Brush over with the rest of the ogg, fprinklo with breadcrumbs tnd fry in boiling fat until nicely browned. Serve very hot with parsley sauce.
