Air Mail Service
EOUTE TO AUSTRALIA LONDON, August 3. In the House of Commons the Undersecretary of Air, Mr. F. Montague, told Lieutenant-Commander J. M. Kenworthy (Lab. Central Hull) that the question of establishing a regular air mail service to Australia was still receiving attention.
Lieutenant-Commander Kenworthy: Successive Air Secretaries have told me that for 10 years. Can’t wo have some finality Mr. Montague: I think you have rather exaggerated the period, but that is the correct answer.
