Death of Oldest Jew in Australia
FAMILY NOTED FOR LONGEVITY.
United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 12. Obituary: Lewik Baum berg, aged 105 years, said to be tho oldest Jew in Australia. Ho wits born at Warsaw where he was engaged in mercantile pursuits. He came to Australia at the age of 05 and resided here ever since. The family is noted for longevity. His mother died at the age of 115 years.
