Under Martial Law
DISTURBED BERLIN. United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright. BERLIN, Aug. 10. Twelve thousand armed police have been mobilised to control the city, which is virtually under martial law. The Bulow Platz district is cut off and no one is permitted to enter. The population of the district are in a state of panic.
