IS'Admiral Juan Baptista Aznar, Captain-General of tho Navy, has formed a Cabinet, including Count RomanForeign Affairs; Bonor do La Cierva, Public Works; General Berongucr, Army; Senor Rivera, Navy, aro prominent Monarchists. Though the general impression is that Admiral ' Aznar’s aeccptanco of tho Premiership really means that King Alfonso has rallied tho old gang to tho aid of tho throne, it ] 3 that Aznar will assure impartiality at tho coming elections. Tho new Premier states that his aim is;to re-establish normal constitutional Government. The Ministry is-, really a coalition of all parties, except Republicans and Socialists. Tho strong man of the Cabinet will bo Count Romanoncs.
