Sir Hubert Wilkins returned to-day from his honeymoon in Europe. He said ho hoped to start hia underwater expedition to the Arctic next May or June. He intended starting from Spitzbcrgcn and driving Ms submarine under the Arctic ice across the North Polo to Alaska. While abroad Sir Hubert Wilkins enlisted the services of Doctor Sverdrup, the noted Norwegian meteorologist, and Doctor Vcning Miobcsz, a Dutch scientist. Another scientist will bo selected.
