Hiss M. 0. Stoddart, the Christchurcli artist, has hacl two of her paintings hung this year in the Salon des Artistes Francais, Paris, according to advice recently received. The two pictures are “Goat Creek, Otira, 77 and “The Stocking Glacier, Mount Cook. 77 This is the eighteenth occasion on *which Miss Stoddart’s pictures have hcen exhibited at the Salon, and for the last six years two have been accepted each year.
