FrOm Our Own Correspondent. Mr. P. Murray returned at the weekend from the Wairarapa, where he lias been spending a few days in Grey town and district, renewing old friendships. The Apiti R.S.A. lias now received its certificate of incorporation, and application has been made for affiliation with the N.Z.R.S.A., which it is hoped will be put through, in time for Apiti to send a representative to the Dominion council meeting on June 24. As evidence of the heavy frosts experienced here last week, when the when the Oddfellows held their euchre party on Thursday it was found that the inlet pipe from the outside tank had burst and that the men’s cloakroom was flooded —and this is only the beginning of June! Mrs. T. Pratt* has returned from a short visit to Apiti.
