Empire Athletes to Meet Pick of U.S.A.

A Chicago report states that 55 British Empire athletes from tho United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland will visit Chicago on August 27, following the Hamilton Games and meet a Unite.! States team picked from the National Amateur Athletic Union Games. - Whyte Vice Carlton o - Received Friday, .7 p.m. SYDNEY, April 25. W. M. Whyte, the Melbourne runner, has been selected for the British Empire games in place of J. Carlton, who is unable to make the trip.
