Three New Athletic Records in N.S.W
CARLTON WINS 220 YARDS. United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. l(i. At the final day of the State athletic championships at Manly, in tho 220 yards race, J. Carlton won in 21 4-5 secs,, which equals the record. In the 440 yards hurdles, F, W. O’Brien won in 57 l-osocs., which is also a record. The women’s 220 yards was won by Miss C. Dahm in 26 1-10, another record.
