In order to extend the Socialisation of agriculture, a decree has been issued, legalising the expul- . sion of rich peasants and. the confiscation of their property. The Commander-in-Chief announces that he is sending 100,000 former Red Army officers and soldiers to live in the villages during the year, "to bring military devotion and discipline to bear on the task of abolishing private farming.”
